I think sometimes also faced harmfull effect because still i am student and happy to say its my last year after that there will not be any study and will do forex without thinking more of study. If you ignore harmfull effects then you will try to study in forex.

Yes i agree with you that if you expend some minute in fore of machine display it has unwholesome core on your eyes so you should work after loosen and also individual such length between eyes and machine.
