Stochastic oscillator ek momentum indicator hai jo technical analysis mein istemaal hota hai ek security ke closing price ko uske price range ke saath compare karne ke liye ek specific time period mein. Yeh overbought aur oversold levels ke basis par buy aur sell signals generate karta hai. Oscillator 0 se 100 tak range-bound hota hai, jahan 80 se upar ke readings overbought conditions ko indicate karte hain aur 20 se neeche ke readings oversold conditions ko indicate karte hain. Traders oscillator mein changes aur price action ke saath divergence ko dekhte hain potential trend shifts ke liye.

Stochastic Oscillator calculation:
Stochastic Oscillator ka calculation karne ke liye, ye steps follow karein:
1. Muddat ka tay kijiye, jaise 14 din aur uss waqt mein sabse zyada uncha aur kam se kam neeche ke daam tashkeel dein.
2. K value calculate karein, neeche ke daam ko abhi ke band daam se minus karein, phir iska farq uncha aur kam se kam neeche ke daam ka divide karein. Iska natija 100 se multiply karein.
3. D value calculate karein, jo %K values ka 3 din ka simple moving average hota hai.
Ye calculation madad karta hai samjhein ke market mein overbought ya oversold conditions ho sakti hain. Trading decisions lene se pehle dusre indicators aur factors ko bhi dhyan mein rakhein.
