Money Flow Index (MFI) ek technical indicator hai jo trading mein istemal hota hai. Yeh indicator price aur volume ke combination se market ki strength aur direction ko evaluate karne mein madad karta hai.MFI primarily "Overbought" (jab price bahut jyada badh gaya hai aur reversal ki possibility hai) aur "Oversold" (jab price bahut jyada ghat gaya hai aur reversal ki possibility hai) conditions ko identify karne mein madad karta hai. Iska calculation price ki movement aur volume ke adhar par hota hai. Is indicator ke calculation mein yeh steps hote hain: 1. **Typical Price Calculation:** Pahle, "typical price" calculate kiya jata hai, jo (High + Low + Close) / 3 hota hai. 2. **Raw Money Flow Calculation:** Fir, raw money flow calculate kiya jata hai, jo typical price ko volume se multiply karke calculate hota hai. Agar current typical price pichle typical price se bada hai, toh uska volume raw money flow mein add kiya jata hai, aur agar current typical price pichle typical price se chota hai, toh uska negative volume raw money flow mein add kiya jata hai. 3. **Money Ratio Calculation:** Money ratio calculate kiya jata hai, jo positive raw money flow ko negative raw money flow se divide karke calculate hota hai. 4. **Money Flow Index Calculation:** Money ratio ko 100 se subtract karke 100 / (1 + money ratio) se multiply karke money flow index calculate hota hai.MFI ka value generally 0 se 100 ke beech hota hai. Higher MFI values overbought conditions ko indicate karte hain, jabki lower MFI values oversold conditions ko indicate karte hain.
