*Do you lock your profit in your trades?*

g han mein profit lock kar deta hoon apni trades say aur forex sab ky liye hay kiyon ky yeh aik famous business hay aap ko is koo achi tarha say learn karnaa hoga agar aap ky pass knowledges nahi hogaa tu ap forex say profits makes nhi kar saktay hay yeh aik great business hay aap is koo seekho .

i never use the stop loss and i only use the take profit and take profit is very useful when you can not sit in front of computer and then the when price reached at your desired level then profit generated for you.

I do lock my profits but I have realised that this technique is good in highly liquid market conditions. For normal markets just go wid trend and add more positions or hedge if required by using limit orders

Glad to see your experience Amber, I mean 6,000 plus posts in such a small period of time...great going. Secondly, I agree with you that option of Stop or Take Profit is in common practice among Forex Traders, and that seems to be a good rather safe method.

I am of the view that take profit limit should be placed only when you are likely to be away from the computer or there is is a risk of power failure. Except for these circumstances i always keep the trade open and operate it manually.
