Three important phrases about Forex I learned

Three phrases:

1. Invest your time before investing money in Forex market.

2. Once you had money to trade but no experience; today you have experience but no money to trade.

3. Run your profit trade long and cut your losing trade short.

Explanation:

1. I do not think number 1 has to be explained in detail since we know what that says. It is tough a task to follow though. Traders at the beginning seem to get carried away too soon. They invest money before investing time. We must not do that as a new trader.

2. This happens a lot with traders. Traders start trading without having any experience. Once they start losing money, they start getting experience. However, they lose their real money and confidence to get the experience. That never helps. We must make sure that we do not lose real money just to get experience or to learn the basic of Forex trading. We can easily do that by trading on demo account.

3. We seem to do the other way round at the beginning, meaning we cut our profit trade too early and run our losing trade for a long time. To be able to make money from Forex market, we must run our profit trade as long as we can and cut our losing trade as soon as we can.

Yes, if a trader follow this rules in trading then he must be success in forex. A trader should be first learn forex trading. if a trader trade without learning in forex then he make loss in trading. A trader need huge time invest to learn forex trading. A good trader more time invest in forex not money.

More you invest time so more you earn here in Forex trading and it is important for you to practice more and more in demo account which is better for you here in Forex trading and always go for profits here.

i have lern many things fro forex trading bt the mist important three thing are
1. learn first before start trading.
2.analysis the market before open a trade
3. manging your money and follow it strongly.
if you can do these you must be a successful traders.

well dear i am agree with you, learning is more then important in forex trading, with out learning we are never getting success on this forum, so if you are want to makes your self good trader then you are need to first proper learn about trading

, other then time management is more then important, if you are invest maximum of times on this business then you are able to trading and makes your trading success on this forum.

1- I think first of all your learning about Forex should be perfect and accurate.
2- Your keenness about Forex in the sense of Concentration .
3- Your well experienced make you able as a good trader and also earned good profit.

Well, the first two phrases are right I guess.

Number three is not always like that in the Forex world.

I found its difficult to get great reward low risk ratio strategy.

I kept getting stopped out when I tried to apply the third phrase.

I suppose 1 and 3 happens at the beginning stage too. Right now i'm going through phase 2 :d,and luckily i don't have to go through phase 3 again, i have learned my mistakes at phase 2 itself.

Thanks a lot for commenting such nice comment on my thread. As far as I am concerned these rules should be obeyed by every traders to be able to make money by Forex trading. Yes, it needs experience to be able to follow those rules while trading.

Yes.I am agree with you.All phrases are important according to foreign exchange trading business market.We should invest our time before investing money in this foreign exchange trading business market.

Its true for all of us.We should get experience before trading in this market.We should run our profit trade as long as possible and we should cut our losing trade within short time.
