*some traders perform well in demo account but fail to do well in real account*

Guys this is also a fact that many of us when starts trading in the demo, they make a lot of money there but when they joined real account , they fails to perform well in that real account. what could be the reason for this irony ??

Demo Account is good, rather very useful for practicing and learning all about Forex Trading but then again, it is a practice simulator anyway.
