*What is a leverage ratio and how to use it in your favor*

Respected members . I wanna ask something really important about leverage ratio. I do not know what it is and how we can modify it with changing market situation , to use it in our favor. I have heard that in different market situations like certain rise and decay or in certain volatility , we should change the leverage ratio for better trading. so actually how does it work.
And second ,generally what leverage ratio is good ??
i guess with that thread many newbies will get an idea about it and it will clear their concept.

mjhay forex me abhi tak leverage ka concept clear nahi howa hai hum ko sub say pehlay isay zror clear kar lena chahye aur is ko sath sath he samjh lena chahye aesay he her kam ko kya ja sakta hai.

Leverage is a good option for us to make good earn in forex business.but i think big leverage all time is not good.we can take huge leverage.i like to take 1: 100 leverage.huge leverage increase our losing possibility and liability

Leverage means loan. Normally broker provide leverage for their client. It is a burden for the trader. There are lots of broker who normally offer high leverage for their client. There are advantage as well as disadvantage of leverage. The advantage of leverage is that trade can trade in the forex market if they have low amount of money. Disadvantage is that trader normally do not understand the risk of leverage so normally use high lot in their trade.
