how to manage our loss and capital?

dear forex trading mein hum apny loss or capital means apny balance ko tabhi manage kar saktey hein agar hum daily aik trading plan bana k trading start karein to or strategy k mutabik kam karein to hum loss sey b bach saktey hein or account b safe rehta hey.

I think there is an app for this. So it will just advise you if you're over you're limit already. Not really sure what this was though.

According my opinion forex is a good business but it is a high risky business so i single mistakes can bring a big loss in this business . So we should follow a good money management and try to control our emotion in trading time in forex , Thank you .
