*Is there 100% sure strategy*

well this is very difficult or i will say that it is impossible to get nay strategy which is 100% sure and you can get surely profit on forex.you can have more good and bad strategies but you can not get any guaranteed one because forex is very risky business and you can never assure your income in this business.

i think intelligency is the best stretegy in forex Yes, It is need for traders. Without intelligence I think traders can not gain in Forex trade. So it is really need for Forex trader. You can gain it also from practice.
