what is the best time to trade in forex???

Forex me trading karna ka or ziada profit hasil karny ka time 10am to 3pm hai. Is time me hum agar apni strategy or analysis ko perfect kar k order place kare gay to humein loss kk chances 20% or profit k chances 80% hoty hai is doran market ki fluctuation ka time hota hai.
