Well i believe that it is only human to feel bad when the market go against you but i must say that loss is a part of this business and so you do not have to get frustrated any time the market goes against you because there will always be another opportunity to make money

Dear sir forex trading main agar loss o raha ho yani market ka trend aap ki lot kay against ja raha ho to aap ko trend ko follow karna chhayie loss ko zaida nahi karna chhayie.

Yes you ate say the right that the some time market is against them we are feel the very bad. But we can nothing. So at the end we are face the losses in this market. We can try to next time perform the best.
