i think three days of a week are good for trading except Friday and Monday.Friday is the market closing day,so market becomes very unreadable.Monday is also market opening day so the same situation happens that day.other three days i think better for trading.there is also a bad time for trading,when news releases.so you also have to keep an eye in news schedule.
