Dear, I trade with the hope of earning profit and at the same time I expect loosing as well. So why to worry. If you start trading with this attitude, then I am sure you will have a sound sleep. One must think high, hope high but with the expectations that something may go wrong somewhere. So not to worry.

Forex is not disturbing my sleep at all that I just want to do the forex all the time, and I can work in forex in night or day, so forex is the best for me, and forex is the best for all the people they can work anytime of the day in forex.

Actually jab hum ghalt time par lots lagatey hain to hum tension main aa kar disturb ho jatey hain aur hamara dhayan forex trading main laga rehta hy. Forex main timing ki buhat importance hy. Agar aap ney waqt par planning ki to aap kamyab rahain gey, otherwise aap tension main rahain gey aur aap ko loss bhi ho sakta hy. Aik time table banayen keh aap ney kis waqt trading karni hy aur aap ka target kia hy, kitna profit lena hy aur kitna loss bardasht karna hy.
