can i post through mobile.!.

well,I use "Samsung DUOS" and I can use Internet frequently through it.I want to know that can I post through this mobile??
Moderator or experienced trader who know about this, please inform me.If so then I shall be able to post outside my home because I am using Desktop PC for posting.
