i think low leverage is the best for beginners and they should not trading with high risk.you can use 1:200 leverage and i think it is good for your capital.if we want to risk management,we need choice leverage with our capital and beginners should not use high leverage.

the leverage is something that make you can execute the bigger transaction if you haven't any big leverage, we can't trade with the $100
so thanks to the foreign broker, especially for instaforex that can give us 1:1000 leverage system, and we can still trade with the small money

I think leverage mean earn the profit is the max & loss is the max. But i think we are select the leverage is the max . When we are open the trade then we are select the lot size is as per our investment then we are save the big loss & our profit is good in our hand.
