what do you do when you are losing?

The time when more and more trades are getting lost, there should be a break out from the trading for a time say one week or so to re-establish the cpabilities and qualities which a person owns. It also lets us work with more zeal and devotion to the work. re-study the basics and then re-enter the market with good new tactics.

I am very tense about that how to recover my loss and what i do after this big loss and pray god for help.

when i get loss on every trade then i stop doing trading and practice again on demo account and use new strategies and when i think that i now i can make profit with trading then again start the work on real account and make the profit.

Dear when i loos then at that time I think that where was I wrong in my study and where was my analysis was poor, after that I again put all my attention in to study and analysis and I repeat all my analysis and technical study to reach that why was got loss, after some I be able to locate the bugs.
