Mera koi khas time nahi hy, main jab farigh feel karta hy lots laga deta hoon. Kabhi rat ko uth kar lots laga deta hy. Yeh 24 ghantay wala business, meray khayal main subah ka time best hota hy, is ko ziada use krna chaheye.

yer time frame marey khyal me 15m ka best ha yer but agher ap choy tu zada ka bi karta saktay ho is me koi tension ni ha yer marey dost hum but koi zada baat ni ha time ky frame ki in forex

I trade mostly the longer time frame like 4H and Daily, i have been trading this way for years now and i must say that i am very confortable trading this way. i believe there is profitability in all time frame and so it is all up to you to chose the time frame that works well with you

Jahan tak meri baat he mien to subhi times frame use krta houn. jese ke 1 Hour time frame. ur 30Minut time frame. 15Minut ka time frame b best he . but hamien baar baar 1minut se 1 hour ke time frame tak check krte rehna chahiye. kyoun ke hamien har minut ur hr hour tak ki moving average ka pata chalta rehta he.
