it is not possible to fix time for trading because market movement can not estimated. market moves up and down as data coming. so that it is necessary to concentrate the time when data of different trading released and trading time also depend on equity , if you have big equity you can trade any time with stop loss and take profit limit applied.

there is no time limit for trading in insta forex . we can do trading anytime and we dont need any time frame for trading and in insta trading we all can trade easily and can manage our time according ourself .
