    Cycling ka shook!
    Dosto Cycling karna kis kis ko pasand hai, Mujhe cycling ka kafi shook hai. mein is ko exercise ki tarha karta ho aur mere pas sport cycle hai. ap din mein kitna time apne is shook pe spend karte hai. aur ap ke pas konsi cycle hai?

    Advantages:daily jo be ham work karty hey es key ley ham agar koch time key ley cycling ka use karty hey to ye best hay agar ham school, park, shops waghira key ley bike ya other transport ki jaga cycling ka use karen to es key bahot se advantages hamy hasil ho sakty hey hamara work be pora ho jata hay aur hamari zarori exercise be pori ho jati hay, other exercise agar ham karty hey to es me injuries ka bahot zeyada khatra majood hota hay jab key cycling ki jaye to hamari body injuries se bach sakti hay, cycling ki waja se hamary leges bahot hi zeyada strong ho jaty hey, sports ka shook har kesi ko hota hay aur es key ley skills ka hona be zarori hay magar cycling ki jaye to hamara sport ka shook pora ho jata hay aur es key ley zeyada skills ki requirement be nahi hoti hay,

    Disadvantages: cycling ajkal koi be nahi karta hay khas ka young age ya per old age me ki jaye to ye health key ley perfect exercise hoti hay magar ajkal cycling ko acha nahi samja jata hay es ki waja ye hay key bikes aur cars ka use bahot zeyada ho gia hay aur har koi exercise key ley other sources ka hi use karty hey.

      Cycling aik acha shook hai.cycling sehat k liye b bohat achi chez hai.Ye exercise m b shamil hai or insan is s fit rehta hai.Humy b chiye k hum koch wakt cycling p dia kry.

        Nice bro, mere pas filhal to koe cycle nhi hai aur na hi mujhe cycle chalani ati hai per mujhe cycling ka shook hai to mein is ko chalana zarur sekhonga, us ke bad ek achi cycle purchase kar ke apna shook pora karonga.

            Physically fit rahne ke liye ye achi hobby hai agar hum is ko daily routine ka hisa bana le to hum na srf shook pura kar sake ge balke hamari sehat bhi achi rahe gi.
