    Mai app sab logi se pochna chahoga k har ilake mai ik alag khail mashahoor hota hai liken agar ham fitness k bare mai bat kare to hame konsa khail kilna chahiye aur din mai kitne hours kilna chahiye

    Jaisa k mene ap logo se swal kia k ham ne fitness barqarar rakne k lie konsa khail kilna chahiye aur din mai kinne hours kilna chahiye .to mai ap sab logo se kheta ho k har bande ki apni choice hoti hai o apne choice k motabiq khail kelte hai agar ham football ki baat kare to uske lie bahut stemna darkaar hoti hai jo hamare ilaqayi loog ziada arsa nahi kel sakte to dosto mere raye k motabiq ham sab dosto ko rozaana asar k nimaz k baad cricket ya volleyball kelna chahiye jis se fitness b barqarar rahe gi aur ham ziada arsa b khail sakte hai

          Assalam O Alikum dosto yahan buhat acha question poocha gaya hy k fit rrhmy k liyr konsa game khelna chahiye, to bhai mera mashawara hy k koi B khail aap khel sakty ho if want to be fit and smart, Q k har khail chahy vo cricket ho, football ho hackey ho volly ball ho, sab main khoob exercise hota hy, game khelny sy jism sy falto charbi khatam ho jaati hy jis sy aap k heart, lungs, muscles aur brain sahi tariky sy kaam karta hy, agar aap exercise yaa koi game nahi khelty yaa umar ke waja sy nahi khel saktu to yaad rskhain k km az kam 1 km tak ke running aur pir 3, 4 km tak walk zaroor karain aur halki pulki exercise B taa k aap fit reh sako.

              Apnay app ko fit rakhnay k leay app running ker saktay hein, daily exercise ko apni routine bana ker bhi app khud ko fit rakh saktay hein.
