well dear main har weekend ko realx krta hun kyn k whole week bohot pressure main jata hai so weekend family k sath relax krta hun k fresh ho jaoun or jab market open ho toe mera mind fresh ho maina chy work kar karun.

Personally, i prefer to rest on saturdays and sundays. Forex currency trading is very stressful and for now, i choose to rest after being busy with trading and analysis for 5 full working days in a row.
