      trading main jab ap koi trade without stop loss open karte hain to aksar aisa ho jata ha k wo bohat loss main chali jati hai itna k apka account bhi khatam ho sakta hi magar jab ap stop loss use karte hian to ap koi limit declare kar dete hian or jab price us limit ko hit karti hai to apki trade automatically close ho jati hai or ap kisi bare loss se bach jate hain

            We can make the trading with or without stop loss but we just need to learn about the forex trading business carefully to get the great knowledge and experience then we can use the tool to stop loss and take profit for get the benefits.

              Base on me i will say that it is not good for you trade with out stop los because it will make you to loss a lot of omen from one level to the other so you must concentrate at all times

                Many traders believe that the stop-loss limits their income, so they do not use it. Other traders never trade without a stop loss. Do you have any experieces about it!

                  I believe one has to have a complete knowledge about the support and trend line to set a predefined SL. Setting SL below recent swing low is suggested by many which i am not comfortable again. I get to close my trade manually (of course in demo) when i feel a reversal signal happened.

                    while it is possible for institutional traders and banks to open a long term trade,same can not be done by an ordinary trader,they have access to large funds which you do not have access to,you can not compete with them

                      we all were like you, i was trade without stop loss,and it works sometimes
                      no one can deny that,but your account could be destroy if the price goes against you lots of pips
                      like what happened with GBPJPY when the japan bank sold the yen

                        yeah i know , and biggest lie you convince yourself is that one lucky trend reverse who saved your account is going to happen again and again ...i agree that to trade without a Sl u need a huge amounts of cash . if you trade with 2000usd without Sl , you better save your self bothering and send a broker money in envelop !

                          Even if you have a big balance its stupid to have no SL.

                          Take for example you opened an order on EU pair and price moves against you and you decide to leave the position opened hoping it moves in your direction but then keeps moving in one direction a few hundred PIPs if not a 1000 PIPs then what?

                          Even long term traders set SL everyone should unless your gambling with your cash and don't care if you loose it all.

                            Yes,you are absolutely correct,it would amount to a lack of purpose and unprofessionalism to trade without protective stop,you cant just do without it except you are trading forex only for the fun of it and not for any financial reward

                                i think if you are scalping,and you are always next to the computer there is no need for stop loss,at least that is the way a do it..i agree with the post above,no SL on long term or even over night is pure gambling
