Dear bro mery pass emotions ko control karny ka best solution ye ha k main jab bhe market main enery leta hun to main pehly ye daikhta hun k market kis point tak jaay ge. Phir us pe apna TP set karta hun aur SL bhe. Es tarha mujhy pata hota ha k mera account safe ha aur main zayda tar relax rehta hun.

Trading ke doran emotions ko control karna bohat hi mushkil hai is liye trading ke doran emotions ko control karna seekhna chaiye warna sirf loss hi hota hai kyun ke emotions me aa ke insan ghalat orders place kar bethta hai.
