I think cnfidnce is gud in forex trading but over cnfidence is realy bad bcz it makes the traders cocky and makes them increase the trading volume bcz they think that their analysis is flawles and they can not lose which is not true at all.

overconfidence is a non cntrol of emotion effect when we have cnfidence on market the lost will be hard for us to suport it so we have to manage our emotion befor manage our investments.
