i think red posts are those posts which have been approved by the site moderator and the blue post are the fresh threads recently started by the people and moderator has not approved them yet. it means that people has to see which thread they are commenting on otherwise when the moderator will delete that particular thread, the comment of that person wil also be deleted and they will have less money.
