Calculation of Relative Strength Index Indicator:
Relative Strength Index Indicator market price ki last 14 periods ki price k average ko calculate ker single line ki form man batata ha.
Relative Strength Index (formula)= 100 - [100 ÷ { 1 + ( U ÷ D)}]
Example,
U = 9 ÷ 14 = 0.64
D = 5 ÷ 14 = 0.36
RSI = 100 - [100 ÷ { 1 + ( 0.64 ÷ 0.36)}]
RSI = 100 - [ 100 ÷ {1+1.78}]
RSI = 100 - [ 100 ÷ 2.78]
RSI = 100 - 36
RSI = 64
