Sometimes, when the passion of getting huge amount alter your life, mostly people become over confident.



And this over confidant thought makes him to loss, it creates many troubles in the way of trader, trader have to face critical phases due to over confident.
Some times when market is going in your favor, you forget the risk behind it, its makes you over confident and you try to get more and more.
This makes you in troubles.
So, simple to say profit makes us over clever and become reason of our loss.

Regular profit maker also forget the planning some times because the thinking that they can do what they want and their decision will be right.This over confidence may become harmful for their business.

trader should always keep in mind that every day and every trade is new for him ,there must be fear about market that every thing can be happen even with more skill. So this feeling will not make them over confident and they remain conscious all the time.no one is best in this field.

I'm a victim of over confidence. In past two weeks I have a good run. And this week its should be ended in another good run. But problem is that instead of closing all my open position as I always do every friday. I end up holding it. I already earn 400 pips and I'm hoping to get 500 pips before closing time. But guess what? Instead of earning I loss and now have negative 300 pips loss. In short in just one day my earnings in four days 500 pips is loss and in just one day I loss total of 800 pips. Its all because of over confidence that I become careless in my decisions. Like opening a new position even though I know its not right timing. etc

I like your opinion because after some regular profits a trader feel perfect them self. I think if a trader make some profit then he do not gave fully concentration to the Forex and he must be take it easy. But Forex trading is not an easy job because there is a need of learning every time.

Many trader goes into losses because they feel that now they have no need of hard working in the Forex trading. When they make large investment then they cannot be able to invest this large amount because there is a need of best experience and skills.
I know that in the Forex trading we must be a need of learning even we have a enough knowledge and best experience about the Forex.

That why even we're in profitable condision, we better to always add a SL in all our position. This is due we can't predict the market accurately. When we already have positive pips, it is better if we move our Sl into positive also. Getting 400 pips is really hard to do. But because you're too confident, now, you must face the judgment of market getting floating 300 pips. This can be our great learning mate, just take the advantages not to do the same mistake in the futures.

When people earn huge profit in first attempt they think that they have learn all the business techniques and become careless.instead of huge profit regular profit is more important. To achieve a position is not difficult,to maintain a position is most important. When you work hard you can achieve a position,when you maintain a position you really work hard. In the same way when people earn profit with investment they can't care

not engage the market and can't feel need to share others they think that they are master in trade they forget that they knowledge is unlimited.
A successful trader must be confident not overconfident. Confidence is necessary to survive in every field.

I like your thinking that to achieve any position is not difficult .Success is count if you maintain this position.For this trader had to work hard and responsible trading. Any achievement should not misguide him to wrong decision .

As overconfidence is concerned It makes us relax and we suppose market will not do reverse for us. I am at the position where I can track the trend and it will same as I do.
Traders should be confident in this manner that they had manage their trade and they will not suffer a big.

Yes, profit makes me over confident. When I make over 10$ profit using small lot in a trading day I start to think forex is very easy and I will make more profit by taking high risk .

But next day when I get some losses for over trading I realize the fault.

Most of time I lose all my profit for over trading.But I can not control myself from over trading and when I win some trade a voice from my mind every time tell me place more orders and try to earn maximum profit.

I get a solution of this problem. Now when I make some profit I close the platform immediately and this is a good way to save my profit and to ignore the attraction of making more order. .

Obviously, when we continuously succeed in achieving our goal we feel very proud on our self and sometimes are overconfident so that we don’t work hard as done before so we should not be overconfident and work with patience and humble.
