In my view there are some negative effects of overconfidence due to which we have to suffer losses in Forex trading business. Overconfidence invites greediness or you can say that greediness invites overconfidence. Confidence is good and essential for doing Forex business, but when the trader gets overconfident or greedy he takes unwise, illogical and hasty decisions.
