in Forex their is many suetr how will not share their point view with all of trader and that is the main reason that they not gain income from there

Hedging is some thing like Insurance of you balance. but it should be used very carefully..for example you opened a trade of sell with eurusd @1.0550 with 01 lot size. Market goes against you and rate goes high to 1.0570, here you are in loss of 20$, now you think that market will high but will return to your position, here you take a position of buy. now if market goes further high you net loss will remain same as 20$. because 1 pip high will increase you loss of sell trade by one dollar but on the other hand that pip will give you profit in you buy trade so you net loss will remain 20$. fore example market goes to 1.0590, now your first trade is in loss of 40$ and your buy trade will be in profit of 20$. so your net loss will remain 20$. now market returns to downtrend and you strongly believe that i will come down to 1.0550 and will go further down, u can cut your buy trade at 1.0580 earning your 10$ profit. and if you are very much sure that market will surely come down. here at some point you can take another position of Sell trade.. For xample when rate comes to 1.0570, sell it. now when market will come to 1.0560, your first sell trade will be in loss of 10$ and you buy trade will be in $10 profit, So your net profit/loss will be 0. here you can cut both of trade(if u cut here the both. these three trades gives you 10$ as net profit) OR let the both go on. it is some thing like Hedging or risk management.
