common saying about forex No risk, no gain - is it true in Forex?

in my opinion Currency pairs with most movement is EUR-JPY. So the volatility is the main reason for slecting a currency pair then this pair is a good option i guessi need only 40 pips to make my investment double using the leverage of 1:100 . But i short i just take 5 to 8 pips in one trade and take the profit immediately without waiting for more . for doing this i almost everyday make my investment double.i heard about the Mt4 so much but my opinion is that the MT5 is the latest version and it has the better feature as compare to the mt4 and i have no practical idea of both plate forum so i only have information that i share with you.all trader in forex know there is no one can avoid the loss in the forex business we just may make it less by risk minimized there is a lot of rule for money management we have to choose the best and to try to get the highest profit at the lowest risk

Trading plat forms mein se means meta trader 4 and meta trader 5 mein se best meta trader 4 hai mein is ko hi use ker raha hun or ziada ter traders meta trader 4 ko hi use kerte hain ye best haiI think scalping strategy is good for quick profit but it has also bad site because if market goes against us then quick loss happen and if there is that particular time net problem then also will be bad and if requite happen then all gonepair EUR / USD very large movements when there will be news and I am always waiting to enter the market when the news to them and when everything is clear and know how to market response on the news I decided to open positionvery true what you saying . to get daily profit we need good strategy and have to ability to keep profit means have to learn when to exit from profit trade. sometime it may loss for our greed , win trade sometime go to loss trade and we have to learn the proper time to exit.
