ATR Indicator Description.
ATR (Average True Range) ek technical indicator hai jo price volatility ke measure ke liye use kiya jata hai. Ye indicator trend ka strength, reversal points aur stop-loss levels identify karne mein helpful hota hai.
ATR Indicator Calculations.
ATR ka calculation previous day’s closing price aur current day’s high aur low ke difference se hota hai. Iska formula ye hai:
ATR = [(Previous ATR x 13) + Current TR] / 14
Jahan TR (True Range) ye hota hai:
TR = Max [(High – Low), Abs (High – Previous Close), Abs (Low – Previous Close)]

ATR Indicator volatility ko measure karta hai aur isse traders ko pata chalta hai ki kitni movement expected hai market mein. Isse traders apne stop-loss levels set kar sakte hai aur trend ka strength aur reversal points identify kar sakte hai.

Agar ATR value zyada hai toh iska matlab hai ki market mein zyada volatility hai aur traders ko apne stop-loss levels adjust karne ki zaroorat hai. Jabki agar ATR value kam hai toh iska matlab hai ki market mein kam volatility hai aur traders ko apne stop-loss levels ko zyada flexible rakhna chahiye.
