Are good traders born or taught?

Some good traders seems to have a natural-born talent for trading. They are sensitive in figures. But that shouldn't surprise us. Some found their instinct to be a trader, but some don't. Even though they are born to become a trader, but without efforts and skills they won't have a chance to become a pro trader one day as what the gravity of earth said, a talented person have to combine his 1% talent with his 99% effort to success.

But, does this mean that everyone is credential of becoming a good trader? I don't think so, but if you don't put some effort in, you won't have a chance so.
