cant log into egopay?, is it me or are others having this problem??

Trying to log into Egopay and username fine and password fine, then go to next page to put pin in , put it in and it goes straight back to the login page??
tried a couple of time so thought i would go to forgot pin but i new i didnt and goes the the reset/retrieve page and can put email in fine but the spam prevention image is just a broken picture so tried to send a support ticket in but cant as the spam prevetion image is also broke so i can submit ?

Has anyone else had this problem??

Sorry dear main yahan new hun or abi tk withdraw nhi krwaya mere khayal say sb say easy way pakistan office hi ha bs chota sa form fil kia or payment aap k kisi bhi bank account main aa jae gi or agar koi msla ho to hum call kr k bhi help ly skty hain wese aapko egopay serves center say rabta krna chaey

ye some time.aesa ho jata hai jab aap ki new ip address ho tu uss waja sa phr baz dafa log in nhi ho rha hota hai aap apna router net connection ya pc restart kr ka dwkho login kro
and phr bhi masla ho tu u can do ntact to the support of egopay
and they will find out the problem
