Before posting your first message (a message = any post on the forum), please read the rules. It will only take a few minutes.

 

1. InvestSocial is an international forum for traders. It is forbidden to spread national, religious, ethnic, or political views.
Users inciting hatred based on nationality, ethnicity, religion, or politics will be banned without warning.
Supporting such behavior with "likes" or reputation may also be punished.
Insults or derogatory remarks toward countries and nationalities are prohibited.
Profiles with attributes, avatars, signatures, or statuses displaying national, religious, ethnic, or political views are also forbidden.
2. Users may not post knowingly false, defamatory, or illegal content according to the laws of their country.
3. Respect other participants. Threats, insults, discrimination, defamation, profanity, and distorted swear words are prohibited.
4. Registering and/or using multiple accounts by one person is prohibited. Recruiting an already registered user as a referral is forbidden.
5. Administration reserves the right to deny access to users whose nickname is similar to an existing one, contains advertising, a commercial project name, or unethical expressions.
6. The forum language is English. The following are prohibited:

• posting illegible messages or using foreign languages;
• posting meaningless messages consisting only of emojis or distorted characters;
• spamming (flooding) or posting pointless replies;
• copying others' texts without citing the source (plagiarism).

7. Duplicating topics/posts or reposting the same content is not allowed.
8. Content from external sources must be formatted as a quote ([QUOTE]...[/QUOTE]) and accompanied by a source in BB-code [URL="link"]source[/URL].
9. Do not split one message into several short consecutive ones. You can edit a post within 60 minutes of publication.
10. These rules apply to all text and images on the forum. A moderator may issue a warning. After three warnings, a user will enter 5-day premoderation mode where posts are reviewed before being published. Disagreements must be discussed with the moderator privately. Repeated violations may lead to immediate blocking or access restrictions.
11. Excessive formatting is prohibited: caps, bold, italics, underlining, or highlighting without a valid reason. Unusual formatting may be considered a violation.
12. Signature: max 4 lines, 2 external links, max font size — 2. Trade account widget must not exceed 40 px in height, banner — max 120 x 500 px, total signature height — no more than 150 px.
13. Images from external sources must not exceed 800 x 600 pixels or 200 KB in size.
14. Unauthorized advertising in inappropriate sections and spam (repetitive links) are prohibited.
15. Direct and indirect advertising of websites/companies not partnered with the forum is prohibited.
16. Advertising of trader forums, chats, or social networks is prohibited.
17. It is forbidden to post software that exploits broker bugs or to discuss or promote such methods.
18. Commercial offers in someone else's threads are not allowed.
19. It is forbidden to share illegal software or discuss hacking.
20. Administration may request placement of a forum banner on the promoted website. This is not mandatory unless explicitly requested. Each case is reviewed individually. Promotions may be revoked if site content is deemed inappropriate.
21. All original content posted on the forum becomes its property. The author cannot demand its removal or modification.
22. Administration may delete or edit threads, posts, signatures, avatars, and public messages without warning or explanation.
23. Administration may move threads and posts without notice if deemed appropriate.
24. Discussion of a user's participation in forum or partner programs is prohibited.
25. Users may not demand trading performance proof from others to confirm qualifications.
26. The administration is not an arbitrator and does not guarantee any transactions between users. All trades are at your own risk.
27. Users may not ask for "likes" — including in avatars, signatures, or profiles.
28. Users claim copyright over their account content. Account transfers to third parties are prohibited. Excuses like "my account was hacked" are not accepted.
29. Intentional distortion of other users' nicknames is not allowed. To avoid confusion, copy nicknames exactly.
30. Nicknames must not contain country names.
31. Animated GIF avatars are prohibited.

 

The administration strongly recommends also reviewing the rules of individual forum sections.

1. Brokers are not allowed to use this section for competitive purposes.
2. It is forbidden to blackmail brokers or intentionally harm their reputation. Use official authorities or courts to resolve conflicts — the forum is intended for sharing experience.
3. Do not post unverified data based on rumors or speculation.
4. Do not publish confidential information that could cause financial harm.
5. Systematically copying information about working with a broker/bank/payment system from other resources is prohibited. This section is for personal experience, not for redirecting users to other sites.
6. A representative of a company that is not a forum partner must register using a corporate email address. They may answer questions but are prohibited from advertising or linking to promotions or bonuses. The nickname must not include the company name. A logo in the avatar is allowed. The signature must not contain a link to the corporate website.
