Again, OCO Order!!!

Hello, traders! I need you help again. How can I create OCO order in MetaTrader.

Here is the example.

1. Buy USD/JPY @ 90.00
2. Sell USD/JPY @ 93.00 [The orders are dependent]
3. If one of them is filled the other will be canceled automatically.

Please, provide the examples how I can accomplish it.
