hedging factor is just used to control the loss in the forex. Suppose if you have made a buy order in a pair and then pair started moving opposite against you and you think that you may lost a big amount then you will use hedging factor just by opening another entry in same pair but that will be sell account . It will lock your entry and you will be safe to more amount.
