Trend intensity index ka main purpose ye hota hai kay ye future kay trend movement ko predict karta hai.



Calculation and formula of trend intensity index indicator.

Trend intensity index todays 60 day moving average each day ki deviation ko use karty hain. Up deviation trader ko positive amount or down deviation negative amount deti hai.

Up= close - average
Down = average - close

Ab total trend intensity total up amount or total down amount ki percentage ko es formulay sy find karta hai.

Trend intensity index = [total up / (total up + total down)] x 100



Interpretation of trend intensity index.

Trend intensity index ki 2 values kay bech ma float karti hain or ye 2 values 0 or 100 hain. 50 sy bari value bullish trend ko indicate karti hai or 50 sy small value ho gi to trend intensity index bearish trend ko indicate karta hai. Jb TII ki value 80 ho gi to ye strong bullish trend ki information dey ga same ese tarha TII ki value 20 ho gi to ye strong bearish trend ko show kary ga.
