Which is easy for you ? - Trading in currency or trading in metals

In Forex trading market we see that traders are having mainly two options to trade - one is trading in currency pairs and the other is trading in metals .

There are a group of traders including me ,who actually are very much fond of currency trading but many traders loves metals trading mainly Gold and silver trading.

In which category you falls - or do you trade in both ? Please do share your experience
