Traders could make their trading knowledge improve by keep practice trading in demo account. they could test as many as possible trading strategy and found the weaknesses if it unable to working well. these will need traders patient but I am sure this activity able to generate improvement not only in knowledge but also in trading skill.

In my view successful trader is the one who is consistent in earning money and making profit, while he earns with consistency. If he makes profit and same amount of loss, then he is doing nothing, but yes learning something.
