dont give back the profit to the market...use take profit and stop loss..

i have done a forex course and one of the punch line was that we should not give back our profit to the market and we must use stop loss and take profit..what do you say??

yasir mere kehny ka matlab ye nai tha k ap apni earning k dobara market ma invest mat karo rather man kehna chahta tha k ap har trade pe stop loss and take profit lagao asa na ho ka ek dafa apko 100$ ka profit ho jay and pher usi time market reverse start ho jay and ap loose kar lo apna profit.
