As we knew that when trader are over confident then he completely neglect learning and strategy.He just follow their over confidence and open use less trade and that are dangerous for live account.We need confidence in our learning but when we thinks that we understand market behavior now then we are failed in Forex because when we are using our ideas to open trade and in last our overconfidence wash our account.

Well, not always. Sometimes some traders are not confident, their confident level is ok, but they also get greedy here, the reason I think is that they have impatience. They need to be patient, so that they can avoid greed.

overconfidence and greed works hand in hand in a way that a Forex merchant that has traded and made many money will judge he can outmaneuver the market with rightful a younger money without cerebration of the probability management again. the covetousness present set in believing he can relieve handle the status but before you know it the market will sweep him off.

Confidence is a positive attitude . But when we start thinking ourselves perfect it creates a negative attitude and creates greediness because we think that we can earn enough money by doing our work perfectly . Being overconfident we take risks which mostly result in losses.

Ye baat apki theek hai kay trading se pehly hamary mind me bohat sari thinking hoti hain or hum khud se yehi promise kar rhy hoty hain kay hum planning se or confidence se trading Karen gay magar jab hamari trade lag jati hai or ghalti se loss hota hai tu phir hum apni puri koshish karty hain us order ko hi profit me lany ki jab kay hum us order ko close kar kay reverse order laga kar profit easily le sakty hain.
