i dont think k forex k koi bh harmful effects hain.. apko kis ne kaha hae k ap pura din computer k agay bethy rahen or forex pe kaam kartay rahain.. ap pani ek routine banein or us timings main forex pe kaam karen bus..

Yes i agree with you that if you spend much time in front of machine sift it has malign make on your eyes so you should create after turn and also have much distance between eyes and computer .
