Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) ek technical indicator hai jo price ke momentum aur trend changes ko measure karta hai. MACD ka use primarily trend direction aur trend reversals ko identify karne ke liye hota hai.
Kaise Calculate Hota Hai:
MACD indicator ka calculation, do exponential moving averages (EMA) ka difference hota hai:
- EMA12 (12-period EMA) - EMA26 (26-period EMA):
- MACD line ka calculation EMA12 aur EMA26 ka difference hota hai.
- EMA (Exponential Moving Average) recent price movements ko jyada weightage deta hai.
- Signal Line (9-period EMA of MACD Line):
- MACD line ko lagged data se filter karne ke liye 9-period EMA ko MACD line par apply kiya jata hai.
- Isse Signal line generate hoti hai.
- MACD Line (Blue Line):
- EMA12 aur EMA26 ka difference hota hai.
- Short-term aur long-term trends ke convergence or divergence ko indicate karta hai.
- Signal Line (Orange Line):
- 9-period EMA of MACD line hoti hai.
- Is line ko MACD line ke saath compare karke buy aur sell signals generate hoti hain.
- Histogram:
- MACD line aur Signal line ke difference ko bar chart mein represent karta hai.
- Positive aur negative values indicate karte hain ke momentum kis direction mein hai.
- Crossovers:
- MACD line aur Signal line ke crossovers trend changes ko indicate karte hain.
- Jab MACD line Signal line ko upar se cross karta hai, to yeh buy signal hota hai. Jab nichese cross karta hai, to sell signal hota hai.
- Divergence:
- Price movement aur MACD indicator ke divergences trend reversal ko show karte hain.
- Agar price higher high banata hai aur MACD lower high, to yeh bearish divergence hai. Umeed hoti hai ke trend reverse ho sakta hai.
MACD indicator market trends aur reversals ko identify karne mein help karta hai, lekin sirf MACD ka use karke trading decisions lene se pehle market ke overall context aur aur confirmatory indicators ko bhi consider karna zaroori hota hai.
