What to do when am feeling Frustration after a big loss.!.

Am feeling so frustrated cause I have lost 200$ in my real account. I know it was my fault but am kind of struggling with my self that I have to stat again. So, question is what should we general people should do when we are feeling so much frustrated?

g agar apke sath aisa hota hai to apok chhaiye ke ap is mien thore time ke liye market se out hojayen aur phir market ki movement ko dekhena ur phir baad men enter hon.
