everyday is the best day there is no problem you can open your trade anytime but if you analyse the market first and find out the best opportunity or get a good signal then it is much better it doesn't matter you work on daily basis or weekly basis

Every time is best for trading and every day is good to take start. However there are more chances of profit during any high volatility in the market that mostly occured after the new release and after any fundamental issue.
