open new account

Hello everyone,
i have a situation here and i would like to ask you some questions.
i have an account in another insta forum, and my questions are :
1) do i need to delete that account and open a new one for attach it to this forum ?
2) and if i did that, will i have any problems in receiving the bonus ?

i think that it's forbidden to have two accounts in two forums belong to insta so if you are a member in other forum and you want to be a member here firstly you have to delete your membership from the other forum then you can open another trading account from the following link https://www.instaforex.com/fast_open_live_account then put the following word "portalforum" in the affiliate code as you see in the following photo :



then you will be able to attach it to your account but having two accounts in two forums belong to insta is not allowable based upon instforex rules .

i think i will do as you said, but i have a bonus on my other account,
if i delete my membership, do i have to delete also my trading account with its bonus ?

No, only delete your membership from the other forum then open new trading account and to verify it easily you can link it to your old account if you opened it with the same details as you see in the following photo :



this will save your time in verifying your new account because after linking it you will not need to verify it again with your passport or your ID and concerning your old account you can use it without any problem just don't attach it here to avoid any problems due to use the same account in two different forums belongs to instaforex broker .
